Robotic cars are coming

Imagine being able to get in your car and have it drive you to work, drop you off and go park itself. The day is growing closer. The recent off-road race for auto-autos showed what can be done. A freeway flyer may be only a couple of years away. I for one would be happy to see it happen - inching thru stop-and-go traffic is such a waste of time, when one could be cruising the net or catching up on a little shut-eye.
