Eugene is home to the University of Oregon and many a leftist. There are many veggie restaurants here, but so far we have visited only one.

  Shelly liked the chipolte chili with Yumm! sauce. Billed as a "gourmet rice and beanery." Nice little non-chain mall. They have other locations, too. There is also free Internet access from machines provided by the Web Zone or via free WiFi.
